Client Services Specialist

My passion for what I do gives me a strong sense of purpose in everything I do.

My name is Stephanie Heaton, and I am a Client Service & Operations Associate at Integrated Advisors Network. In this role, I support Leslie Miller of Miller Pacific Financial Advisors and the clients she serves, with a focus on service excellence, efficiency, and attention to detail.

I was born and raised in Southern California and began my career in financial services at the age of 19. Early on, I discovered a genuine passion for the industry and earned my Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, and insurance licenses. Over the years, I worked with several well-known firms and built a reputation for being industrious, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to exceptional client service.

I stepped away from financial services for a period to gain the flexibility needed to raise my children. During that time, I managed certified payroll and labor compliance in the construction industry. That experience broadened my operational knowledge and ultimately reinforced my desire to return to financial services, where I feel called to help others.

When I am not supporting advisors and clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our two dogs.
